I really enjoy coming here! It saddens me that there aren't many Gatti's restaurants left. It's a wonderful place for families and birthday parties. The prices are slightly high in my opinion, but not high enough to make me stop coming. The pizza is yummy and very original to the restaurant. I'm not sure I've ever had other pizza that has the slightly sweet taste that Gatti's does.

We came because my husband and I grew up going to Mr Gatti's and it's nostalgic to go. We spend a day in the mountains and felt like trying the Maryville location. The ones in Knoxville have all gone out of business years ago. The staff was really nice and the pizza choices were varied. When we paid they even asked us what pizza we would like to see up on the buffet. The only sad part is once a pizza has sat under the buffet for a while it's not good. The only pizza worth it is the fresh pizza. I'm sure tons of pizza gets wasted. Also the cleanliness was just medium I would say. Mr Gatti's could benefit from a small overall but I would hope they would still keep it nostalgic, I do love the 90s vibe, just refreshed.

It is all you can eat pizza buffet catering to families with small children. Don't go in expecting the best pizza of your life, and you will do just fine. Salad bar is meh.
Don't come after church on Sundays, or after sporting activities on Saturdays or Wednesday nights before church activities or you will be in a never-ending line due to the horrible layout. -

Pizza is ok. We were there for lunch at 12 and they were full. The party room was blocked off for a party at 2. We were told by management that we could not use the party room, so we would have to stand and eat. Not OK... wont be back due to management.

I am a loyal Gattian. I have eaten at Mr. Gatti's pizza since the 1980's and still do. This is the best and most economical pizza place to eat at in East Tennessee. The video games are not annoyingly close to the main dining room which makes eating more pleasant and much quieter. It is virtually impossible to get stale pizza here because the dining room is busy and the line to the pizza is always there during peak meal hours.
